The constantly changing environment presents continuous challenges for IT project managers, who must find new and innovative ways to manage and execute their activities more effectively. This article examines the benefits of using artificial intelligence (AI) in project management and explores how AI can support IT project managers in their daily activities and help prevent project-related issues.
